It’s less formal than grievance or disciplinary procedures and often leads to more positive, lasting outcomes. We typically begin with individual meetings followed by a joint session to explore issues and agree on a way forward.

Is mediation legally binding?

Mediation itself is not legally binding, but any agreements reached can be documented in writing and honoured as part of an internal resolution. Mediation is designed to encourage honest dialogue and mutual understanding in a safe, constructive environment.

Can you help with investigations or formal HR processes?

Absolutely. We can support internal HR teams or act as an external, impartial advisor to carry out investigations, support disciplinary processes, or handle complex grievance cases in line with best practice and employment law.
